Kickoff
01
At kickoff, I sit down with the client to deeply understand the business, the brand’s current moment, available materials, and deadlines. It’s when we align expectations, see if there’s a match, and define how we’ll move forward together.
Discover
02
This is where the project starts to take shape. I dive into the market and technologies, analyze competitors, and listen to users to truly understand their needs. All of this helps ensure that what we create is aligned with the context, pain points, and real opportunities.
Ideation and prototyping
03
With the scope and problem better defined, it’s time to explore solution hypotheses and start prototyping. I enjoy using collaborative techniques, bringing the people involved in the project to co-create with me.
Tests
04
With the best ideas prototyped, it’s time to test. This is how I check whether the concept, content, usability, and overall experience make sense to the user and help them get where they need to go without friction. Depending on what we discover, this step may repeat a few times — until we’re confident we’ve found the best solution.
Deliver
05
I refine every visual detail to ensure that the interfaces are not only easy to use, but also meet a high aesthetic standard and convey positive emotions. If it’s a UX/UI project without development, I deliver a ready-to-use Figma file so the client can move forward with their dev team. If the project includes development, the website goes live — the client gets an amazing experience, and I remain available for small post-launch adjustments.
